COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Our Promise

Our standards are well “above and beyond” what the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Centers for Disease Control recommend.

We are implementing the following measures to help protect our clients and staff:

  • We are staggering appointments to ensure only one client is entering our building at a time.

  • We are asking our clients to come alone to their scheduled appointments.

  • We are asking all our clients to wear masks.

  • Please call us when you arrive so we can meet you outside.  Prior to entering our building, we will give you hand sanitizer and a complimentary mask so your mask does not get dirty. 

  • We will be measuring the temperature of all clients (and team members) upon arrival.

  • Our Customer Service Specialist will ask some screening questions upon your arrival.  Any client deemed at risk of illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

  • The reception area has been cleared of shared items to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.

  • We have arranged our seating arrangements in accordance with social distancing standards.  If you prefer to wait in your vehicle when you arrive, simply call us and we will let you know when we’re ready for you.

  • We will disinfect all countertops, chairs and shared surfaces between each client.

  • We will wash and sanitize all tools, towels, capes, robes and other supplies after each use.

  • We will provide contactless payment options.

  • We only employ technicians who have an active license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations and have undergone training on mitigating infectious diseases.

  • All our team members have successfully completed the Barbicide COVID-19 Certification Course.

  • All protocols, processes, and materials have been reviewed to ensure that we can provide proper sterilization, disinfection systems, and safe salon/spa procedures. We will be strictly adhering to CDC guidelines on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (masks, gloves, etc).

The safety of our clients and our staff is our number one priority.
