Our Promise
Our standards are well “above and beyond” what the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Centers for Disease Control recommend.
We are implementing the following measures to help protect our clients and staff:
Feel free to wear your mask.
All of our team is fully vaccinated and we will gladly wear a mask at your request.
Prior to entering our building, we have hand sanitizer available and complimentary masks so your mask does not get dirty.
The reception area has been cleared of shared items to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.
We have arranged our seating arrangements in accordance with social distancing standards. If you prefer to wait in your vehicle when you arrive, simply call us and we will let you know when we are ready for you.
We continue to disinfect all countertops, chairs and shared surfaces between each client.
We continue to wash and sanitize all tools, towels, capes, robes and other supplies after each use.
We offer a highly encrypted “card on file” service for contactless payment.
We only employ technicians who have an active license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations and have undergone training on mitigating infectious diseases.
All our team members have successfully completed the Barbicide COVID-19 Certification Course.
All protocols, processes, and materials have been reviewed to ensure that we can provide proper sterilization, disinfection systems, and safe salon/spa procedures.
The safety of our clients and our staff is our number one priority.
